  • Always visible. Your account page shows this month's reported sales and your estimated fee at any time.
  • Nothing up front. No monthly minimum and no setup fee, so a quiet month costs you nothing.

Standard Stripe payment processing fees are separate. The commission you charge your sellers is yours to set.

Pricing questions, answered

When am I charged?

Once a month. You add a card at checkout, then you're billed each month for x% of the sales your marketplace reported that month. No sales, no bill.

What counts as sales?

The net sales your marketplace processes in the calendar month, after refunds.

How do you know what my marketplace sold?

Your marketplace reports its monthly sales automatically using your license key. You can see this month's reported sales and your estimated fee on your account page at any time.

What if I have no sales?

You pay nothing. There's no monthly fee or minimum, so a month without sales costs you nothing.

Is there a minimum or a setup fee?
No. There's no monthly minimum and no setup fee. You download the builder right after checkout and install it on your own server or cloud account with our step-by-step install guide. You'll pay your own hosting provider for the server.
Are Stripe fees included?

No. Standard Stripe payment processing fees are separate. Stripe charges them on each payment, just as it would on any online store, and they're not part of Launchpad's fee.

Can I run more than one marketplace?
Your plan covers one production marketplace, plus unlimited test and staging copies. Running several marketplaces? Talk to us about Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees — cancel from your account whenever you like.

How can I pay?

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.

Do prices include tax?

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Depending on where your business is based, sales tax or VAT may be added to your bill.

Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — Stripe is how your marketplace takes payments and pays your sellers. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one for free; our going-live guide shows you how to connect it.
