Do I need any technical skills?
Only for the install. You, or a developer you hire, install it once on your server by following our step-by-step guide. After that, day-to-day running is point-and-click — you manage sellers, products and branding from a simple admin panel.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Yes — that’s how we price. Launchpad costs x% of sales, billed monthly, with no monthly fee or minimum, so you only pay when you sell. The commission you charge your sellers is yours to set. Standard Stripe payment processing fees are separate.
How do I get paid?
Shoppers pay through Stripe’s secure checkout. Your commission is calculated and kept automatically on every order line, and each seller’s share is released to them once their order is delivered. A $120 order at a 12% commission earns you $14.40.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Your marketplace runs on your own server and your own domain, and you stay in control of both. Our going-live guide walks you through connecting your domain and HTTPS.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. There’s no contract and no minimum — you’re billed monthly for the sales your marketplace reports, and you can cancel any time from your account.
Can I run more than one marketplace?
